Changed your mind? No problem. You can return your item 30 days after purchase

  • Return within 30 days to receive a full monetary refund
  • Return between 31 days and 60 days to receive a store e-voucher
  • Your refund will be processed within 5 days of receiving your item

Important notice:

If you have directly purchased the product from Gaia Baby and wish to request a return, in the first instance please email eusupport@gaia-baby.com. If you have purchased from one of the Gaia Baby stockists, please contact them directly and they will be able to assist.

Returns: Any furniture returns for Gaia Baby will need shipping costs covered by the sender.

In line with our standard terms and conditions, in certain cases a collection charge will apply for unwanted items and/or products that have been opened.

Please see below the current charges for Gaia Baby to collect an unwanted product from you.

Products must be unused and in their original packaging.

  • 1 piece of furniture - 50.00
  • 2 pieces of furniture - 75.00
  • 3 or more pieces of furniture - 100.00
  • Smaller items include guard panels or mattresses - 15.00

Gaia Baby only accepts returns for products purchased in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland within 30 days from the time of purchase. Nothing is to be returned without pre-authorisation through our customer service team. All returned products must be in original packaging, new and unused.

Any item returned without authorisation will either be refused shipment, returned to sender (at cost to sender) or other. It is your responsibility to ensure the safe and secure arrival of products to Gaia Baby. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

ORIGINAL PACKAGING - This includes branded original carton, warranty cards, user guide and all internal packaging.

UNUSED – Each product(s) must be unused. Due to hygiene and safety issues, products that have been used, cannot be returned for exchange or refund.

This does not affect your statutory rights. At Gaia Baby we are passionate about customer care and will deal with any problems which may arise on an individual basis and do our up most to ensure customer satisfaction. For further information please contact us via email or phone 

Right of withdrawal

You may make use of your right of withdrawal by calling our customer service on 0800 0518080 (availability: Mondays to Fridays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.). We will then immediately send you confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal by e-mail or via Shopify.

If you make use of your right of withdrawal, you must return the product with all supplied accessories to us undamaged and – if reasonably possible – in the original condition and packaging within 14 days of making use of your right of withdrawal. We kindly request that you complete and enclose the returns label that you received from us at the time of delivery. This speeds up the returns and refund process.

  1. The risk and the burden of proof for exercising the right of withdrawal correctly and in time rest upon you. The direct costs of returning the product will be borne by you.
  2. If you have made use of your right of withdrawal, we will fully refund the amounts you have already paid, including dispatch costs, within 14 days of receipt of your withdrawal. In case of withdrawal, you will not be liable for more than the cost of returning the products.
  3. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, all supplementary agreements are legally dissolved.
  4. If you choose to return the item after the cooling-off period, we will not be liable to refund the full amount to you. If the products are returned in a damaged / improper condition, we will not be liable to pay the full refund
  5. Products listed in our Outlet are heavily discounted as there are small cosmetic damages including paint / fabric imperfections / marks. Items listed in our Outlet are not eligible for returns / warranty / refunds. This does not affect your statutory rights. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer payment plans on our Outlet pieces.
