Our approximate delivery lead time is currently 2-3 weeks from the date we receive your order. Lead times can vary during periods of increased demand. Our lead times for all out of stock items are advised on each product page which you may refer to.
Gaia Baby currently offer the following home delivery services:
Gaia Baby offers all customers a Standard Delivery service via Nightline. All items will be sent on a 'delivered to your door' basis. You will receive an SMS to advise the date for delivery. If you are not at home, Nightline will either leave a card with further information, or make an arrangement to deliver your goods again.
The above is subject to change and lead-times can increase during busy periods.
Our standard lead-time is 10-14 working days from receipt of order.
Standard Delivery is €17.50 and FREE on orders over €50.
Gaia Baby wood furniture items will be delivered by our specialist delivery partner, Clever Clogs. Your purchases will be delivered by Clever Clogs to a room of your choice.
Clever Clogs will be in contact within 5-7 working days of you placing your order to organise a suitable delivery date. 24 hours before your chosen delivery date, you should receive an SMS confirming that your delivery will be attempted between 7am - 9pm the following day. On the morning of your delivery, you'll receive an SMS with an allocated 2 hour time slot and your delivery driver will call when they're approximately 30 minutes from your location.
This service is FREE to all postcodes in the Republic of Ireland including Northern Ireland.
On receiving your Gaia Baby delivery, please check the products thoroughly and report any damages to the delivery team. Ensure any damages are noted on the delivery docket before you sign it.
Damages can be caused while delivering the products or they may be manufacturing defects. If the products cannot be checked on receipt, kindly inform our Customer Care Team within 15 days of receipt of goods.
In line with our standard terms and conditions, in certain cases a collection charge will apply for unwanted items and/or products that have been opened.

Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
