Pancake Tuesday is always a favourite with the little ones and it's a great opportunity for them to get involved in the dinner prep.
One of the best things about pancakes is the variety of toppings! Think pizza party but with pancakes. You can make them sweet or savoury with just a few ingredients. You can also make the batter the night before and let the kids 'mix it' (again) so they feel involved. Below we've shared our favourite easy pancake recipe, now you just have to practise your flipping.
