Our delivery lead time varies based on stock availability, peak times and other conditions. Please refer to the product page for estimated delivery dates.

In stock items can take between 14-21 working days from the date of order confirmation.

Please allow an extra working day for bank holidays.

At Gaia Baby, we strive to provide you with a seamless shopping experience, including transparent and fair shipping costs. To ensure accurate and customised shipping rates tailored to the items in your cart, we calculate shipping at the checkout based on the type of products you've selected.

Shipping Rates:

  1. Small Items (E.G. Fitted Sheets): €20
  2. Small Furniture (E.G. Footstool, Changing Station, Toddler Rail): €40
  3. Large Furniture (E.G. Cot Bed, Rocking Chair, Dresser): €60

  • International Shipping: For international orders, additional customs duties and taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.

UPON DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS

On receiving your Gaia Baby delivery, please check the products thoroughly and report any damages to the delivery team. Ensure any damages are noted on the delivery docket before you sign it.

Damages can be caused while delivering the products or they may be manufacturing defects. If the products cannot be checked on receipt, kindly inform our Customer Care Team within 14 days of receipt of goods: customercare@gaia-baby.com

 

Refund Policy:

You may make use of your right of withdrawal by calling our customer service on 0800 0518080 (availability: Mondays to Fridays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.). We will then immediately send you confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal by e-mail or via Shopify.

If you make use of your right of withdrawal, you must return the product with all supplied accessories to us undamaged and – if reasonably possible – in the original condition and packaging within 14 days of making use of your right of withdrawal. We kindly request that you complete and enclose the returns label that you received from us at the time of delivery. This speeds up the returns and refund process.

  1. The risk and the burden of proof for exercising the right of withdrawal correctly and in time rest upon you. The direct costs of returning the product will be borne by you.
  2. If you have made use of your right of withdrawal, we will fully refund the amounts you have already paid, including dispatch costs, within 14 days of receipt of your withdrawal. In case of withdrawal, you will not be liable for more than the cost of returning the products.
  3. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, all supplementary agreements are legally dissolved.
  4. If you choose to return the item after the cooling-off period, we will not be liable to refund the full amount to you. If the products are returned in a damaged / improper condition, we will not be liable to pay the full refund
  5. Products listed in our Outlet are heavily discounted as there are small cosmetic damages including paint / fabric imperfections / marks. Items listed in our Outlet are not eligible for returns / warranty / refunds. This does not affect your statutory rights. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer payment plans on our Outlet pieces.
